RETURNS

We understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date as long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Please email returns@redpandaessentials.com  in advance for a return authorization.
  2. Ship package to following address with return authorization number included. RP does not cover return shipping; customer can select the return shipping method.

EXCHANGES

DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product (broken bottle, tube or closure), or if you are missing an item in your order. We will either track your package or replace the damaged items at our expense. For exchanges, all damaged items must be sent to our offices for a new unit.
